| This kind of battery is widely used on e-cars, e-bus and other electric vehicles.
1). Use 112 series of the 3.2V/55Ah LiFePO4 power battery and 7 modules in series connection (16 series in each model: 51.2V/55Ah). The total output is 358V/55Ah, 19.7KWS.
The overall dimension of the single cells is 47*120*192mm
2). The single cell box is as indicated in the following picture. And the dimension is L:410*W:260*H:225 mm.
3). The arrangement of the battery pack: seven boxes be put in parallel or in other means of placement (not including the BMS)
4).The BMS (battery management system):
a). The continuous discharging current the battery pack could supply is 55A, and the maximum discharging current is 150A(10s). (only for reference)
b). The voltage of the protection of the over-discharging: for the whole pack, the voltage is 280V, and for the single cell, it is 2.3V. (set by the software)
c). Has the balance function of automatic charging
d). the contact output of Under-Voltage Alarm
e). the detection output of the temperature of the 7 modules (14 probes)
f). SOC Collecting-Distributing or other means (7 sub-control module, 1 general -control module)

the dimension of the sub-control module is 160 x 130 x 42 mm
g). the display parameters of the general-control module:
5). The requirements of the charging:
a). charging method: CC/ CV (constant current/ constant voltage method)
b). the clamping voltage of charging챦쩌�409V (about 3.65*)
c). the cutoff current of the constant voltage charging: about 5A
6). The net weight of the battery: about 260KG.
